COVID-19 Updates
We are continuing to ship as usual with safety being our highest priority. COVID-19 has caused major disruptions with USPS shipping. Delivery times may be longer than usual. The Giving Girl's processing times are not affected and we remain committed to ensuring your packages arrive. If your order has passed the delivery estimate on your tracking (domestic) or 8-16 weeks after ship date (international) please don't hesitate to send an email to jennifer@givinggirl.com. Delivery Times
⁣ Delivery times are subject to change depending on USPS and ongoing COVID-19 regulations. Most domestic packages arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping. International orders arrive in 8-16 weeks.

International Shipping Updates
⁣ *For international shipping, please check your local policies for mail disruptions and VAT fees that may apply. You’ll be contacted by your local courier if you need to pay VAT or duties to receive your package. Last updated on January 23, 2022.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns. We do not accept exchanges. 
Sale items and items listed as “oops” cannot be refunded unless otherwise noted in the item description. 

Shipping Charges 
You are responsible for shipping charges incurred in connection with the reshipment of an order, i.e. when the incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout. 
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from The Giving Girl.

Damaged Items 
If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Missing Items 
If you are missing an item, please check to see if you have received a refund for the item. We automatically refund any out of stock items before shipment. If you do not see a refund, please contact us immediately for assistance.
