How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time is currently 3-5 business days. *Processing times are estimates and subject to change but orders are generally shipped within the estimated timeframes.
How can I order from you if I'm located in the EU?
The Giving Girl will not be registering for a VAT/IOSS number but you can still order from us by utilizing a mail forwarding service such as Stackry! For lighter sticker orders, we offer untracked lettermail shipping. If your order is within the weight limit, this shipping option will be available in your cart at checkout.

How long does shipping take to deliver?
Most packages arrive in 1-5 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 weeks for international orders.
Can I purchase rush or 1-day shipping?
No, at the moment we do not offer rush processing or 1-day shipping.
Where do you ship to and from?
We ship from Virginia, United States and we ship to everywhere in the world but the following countries due to USPS inadequate transportation options or service disruptions within the country: Afghanistan, Iran, Belarus, Seychelles, Bhutan, South Sudan, Cuba, Sudan, Eritrea, Turkmenistan, Haiti, Yemen.

What if I used the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order to get the shipping address changed. We're unable to change a package's route once it has been dropped off to the USPS. If the package has already left our hands, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package after it's returned to us.
A label was created but why is my package not moving?
We print our shipping labels in batches and our system automatically sends out notifications to international customers first. If you have a mail tracking app, it may send a notification that you have a package coming your way before we do. That means we're working on your order. Our processing times are not affected and packages are dropped off within the estimated timeframes.
Why is my package marked delivered but I didn't receive it?
Packages occasionally get marked delivered a couple of days before delivery, accidentally left behind or mistakenly sent to a neighbor. We've noted that most of the time when this happens, your package will still find it's way to you in a couple of days. If you still haven't received your package after waiting a couple of days, please follow these steps to start your search and then contact us. The Giving Girl is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, however, we will always make it right for our customers.

Sorry, at this time we do not offer local pick up.
International Shipping
How much is international shipping?
Once you add some items to your cart, it'll give you an estimate when you enter in your address. The price of shipping varies based on your location.
Do international packages come with insurance?
No. Unfortunately, The Giving Girl has no control over packages once they're handed over to USPS for delivery. International customers take the risk that their packages may be lost in transit, however, contact us if your package has still not arrived after 16 weeks post-shipment.
Orders & Returns
Can I combine my orders?
Yes! If you have placed an order please contact us as soon as possible so we can combine your orders. We're usually able to combine them if they are within 48 hours of each other. We're happy to combine up to two orders into a single shipment. Please do not leave an order/checkout note to request combining orders. Order notes are not seen until the labels and packing slips are printed.
Can a coupon be applied after purchase?
All coupons must be applied during checkout. The Giving Girl coupons, offers and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted before your order has shipped. Once it as shipped cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are not accepted for custom work once it has begun.
What's the return policy?
Returns are not accepted. If you are unhappy with your purchase because you received a defective item, please contact us so we can make it right!

Twinkle Tuesday
When do you have new releases and sales?
We have new releases 2-3 times a month on select Tuesdays and sales a couple times a year.
What's Twinkle Tuesday?
Twinkle Tuesday is a special event we host 2-3 times a month. On these days, new sticker sheets are introduced at only $2 each! This promotional price starts at 12 PM EST on Tuesday and lasts until 11:59 PM EST on Thursday. After that, they return to their regular price of $2.95. It's our unique way of offering fresh designs at a great value!
Product Availability
Do you restock things that are sold out?
Most of our collections are released in limited quantities. We occasionally restock sticker sheets, while PET tapes and scrapbook paper booklets may be restocked if there's enough demand. If you no longer see a product on our website, it has been discontinued and won't be returning.
Freebies
I left a name at checkout but why didn't I get a freebie?
We currently do not have PR team/affiliate freebies.
