DELIVERY TIMES⁣ Delivery times are subject to change depending on USPS and ongoing COVID-19 regulations. Most domestic packages arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping. International orders arrive in 8-16 weeks.

Processing time is currently 1-2 weeks for all orders (2-3 weeks for sales and new releases). *Processing times are estimates and subject to change but orders are generally shipped within the estimated timeframes.


Most packages arrive in 1-5 business days for USA domestic orders, 1-2 weeks for Canadian orders and 8-16 weeks for international orders.

Should your order not arrive within the specified transit time, kindly reach out to Jennifer at, providing your order number. We'll do our best to assist you with any concerns or issues you may have.

When you're checking out, you'll have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping with USPS First Class. If you prefer not to go with that, we'll send your order as a Standard flat parcel via USPS, but it won't include tracking. Just keep that in mind when you're wrapping up your order.

No, at the moment we do not offer rush processing or 1-day shipping. 

We're based in Virginia, USA, and we're excited to ship our products all around the globe. Just a heads-up, though - we can't ship to locations currently experiencing USPS international mail service disruptions. Thanks for understanding!

If you need to change the shipping address, make sure to reach out to us right after placing your order. Unfortunately, we can't change a package's route once USPS has it. If the package has already been shipped, you'll be responsible for covering the reshipping cost after it gets back to us. Thanks for understanding, and don't hesitate to contact us if you need help!

We print shipping labels in batches, with international customers getting notified first. If your mail tracking app alerts you about a package before we do, don't worry - we're on it! Your order's processing time won't be affected, and we'll drop off your package within the estimated timeframes.

Packages occasionally get marked delivered a couple of days before delivery, accidentally left behind or mistakenly sent to a neighbor. We've noted that most of the time when this happens, your package will still find it's way to you in a couple of days. If you still haven't received your package after waiting a couple of days, please follow these steps to start your search and then contact us. We can't be responsible for stolen or lost packages, but rest assured, we're committed to making things right for our customers. No, we don't have control over packages once they're with USPS. For international customers, please note there's a risk of packages getting lost in transit. however, contact us if your package has still not arrived after 16 weeks post-shipment.

Orders & Returns

Yes! If you have placed an order please contact us as soon as possible so we can combine your orders. We're usually able to combine them if they are within 48 hours of each other. Please do not leave an order/checkout note to request combining orders. Order notes are not seen until the labels and packing slips are printed.

Cancellations are only accepted before your order has shipped. Once it as shipped cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are not accepted for custom work once it has begun. 

Returns are not accepted due to the handmade nature of The Giving Girl's products. If you are unhappy with your purchase because you received a defective item, pleasecontact us so we can make it right!

We do not restock most of our products. Occasionally, we'll restock what we have leftover after a sale or final stock. Looking for something something in particular? Sign up for the "back in stock" email notification on the product page. If the product is no longer on the site, that means it was discontinued.

We open applications around once a year and we post on our social medias if/when we're looking to add more to the team.
